Wellness Tips During Covid-19
Stress Management
- Get your body moving
- Call a friend or family member (video chat like Skype or Facetime is great too!)
- Listen to music
- Meditate
- Incorporate breathing exercises
- Start your day with gratitude
- Practice self-care (this can look different for everyone but make sure you dedicate a few minutes for yourself each day for an activity you enjoy such as taking a warm bath or shower, going for a walk, or reading a book)

Fuel Your Body with Food
- Try to maintain healthy eating habits as much as you can
- Remember frozen vegetables and fruit are just as good as fresh (if you opt for canned look for low sodium labels)
- Stay hydrated and stick to drinking water (instead of sugary drinks) as best you can
- Try to limit caffeine, sweets, and salty or fried foods
