Heart Yourself Program at Bethany Lutheran Nursery School

On June 6, 2016 LKI was invited to conduct our “Heart Yourself” program with the children at Bethany Lutheran Nursery School in West Hartford. We had a wonderful time discussing healthy eating and physical activity through our interactive program to promote healthy hearts!
