The Heart Yourself Program at Macdonough Elementary School

During the 2013-2014 school year, we brought our Heart Yourself Program to Macdonough Elementary School in Middletown, CT. Students in both 5th-grade classes participated in the program series. Students learned how to keep their hearts healthy throughout the series with our original hands-on activities and discussions.
